As the clocks go back, it’s 0 degrees up a welsh mountain. No electrics and the cooking gas bottles are freezing but somehow FGS will keep their cool and magic up a warming beef and Guinness stew with dumplings, roast pork loin & crackling or a pumpkin barley ‘risotto’ with freshly grated parmesan shavings. It’s all prepared with 25 years’ experience, the right team, and a long suffering genny. Just a day in the life of a location caterer.

Then as the clocks go forward our thoughts turn to blue skies, green fields and grilled salmon fillets with tamari & sesame, Gorgonzola and fig filled chicken breasts, nestling comfortably beside an abundant array of nutritious Ottolenghi- inspired salads. Bruce’s Thai lemongrass, prawn, mint and noodle salad & a few other mouth watering morsels- much admired by certain celebrity chefs.

One celeb chef was overheard to pronounce Jane's curry ‘pukka’ and he still found space for one of our made-on-site desserts. ( Such temptations as chocolate espresso cake, apricot amaretto and almond sponge or the oughta-be-banned banoffi pie.) Lashings of cream & custard are always available as well as the daily handcrafted fresh fruit salad.

We won’t reveal all our goodies that would be letting the doggie out of the bag. But we look forward to meeting you and your catering needs.
